Just like grandma used to make.

Ruby Lee’s Honey Butter Chicken and Shrimp    was founded with Ms. Ruby Lee in mind, the grandmother of co-owner Samuel Davis.  Ruby Lee loved to cook and always included family for Sunday dinners.  You could always find great smells coming from Ruby Lee’s kitchen.

Crispy is Forever

We are a carry-out style restaurant providing fast, healthy fried foods that can be tossed in one of our savory signature sauces. Although the menu was designed with Ruby Lee in mind it was updated in 2021 to include our Nashville Hot stations. We also only cook with Rice Bran Oil for a healthier frying experience.
